Tree Hugging

Holly, Pyrrha, Toto and I took a trip to the Arboretum for a leisurely country walk and a picnic. We had a classy selection of picnic foods, including pate, cheese, 3 baguettes, 6 cans of San Pelegrino Limonata aanndd...pombears. But you can't have a picnic without pombears, they are vital in releasing one's inner sadist. You can't behead a kettle chip, or eat a Walkers Sensation's limbs one by one, and if you can't do that its no fun at all.
After we'd eaten our picnic, we got cold, so we drove back to mine for tea.

The Rest Of Half Term (In which all of Liv-A-Little's friends are stolen by France,[well...not all but most] so she journeys to Devon in search of entertainment. )
I saw Juno, with Snail on the Wednesday. It is most good indeed, particularly the moldy peaches orientated soundtrack and comical quotes to repeat long after you've seen it: "Remember to pay for that pee-stick when you get back! Don't think it's yours just because you marked it with your urine!"
Went to Devon to see daddy dearest on Thursday. Spent a lot of time in the pub, and now my liver hates me. Also visited a laboratory, strangely, that dad has been aiding in the construction of for his wacky science nerd friend Alistair. If it is the future of chemistry i worry...most of it looks like a low grade Ikea kitchen and the fume cupboard door contains components salvaged from an old drawingboard they "found out back". It does, however contain an industrial icemaker, so if the chemistry thing doesn't work out they can open a cocktail bar.
Annoying thing about dad's is...the tea tastes funny. I need at least 2 cups a day to survive, or i get headaches (little miss caffeine dependant), but down there it tastes all bitter an weird. NOT ACCEPTABLE!
Anyways, the hols are over now, an im back at college for more fun and games. Zak and Maddy both returned from their skiing holidays with tans, damn them. Zak is now (sun) Burnt-Face Man. Serves him right for running away to foreign parts.
Must be off now my loyal subjects, as it is way past the royal bedtime...
Until next time...stay in school!
Your Illustrious Leader
